Case 8 History ---- The patient is a 50-year-old woman with right peroneal nerve sheath tumor. Operative procedure: Resection of right peroneal nerve sheath tumor. ---- 8A This is a well-circumscribed tumor with small elongated spindle cells that form structures with palisaded architecture. The tumor is present in multiple nodules which suggested a plexiform pattern.
