Case 9 History ---- The patient is a 43-year-old woman with a longstanding history of back pain and progressive urinary incontinence and bladder dysfunction. MRI shows an avidly enhancing rounded 1.8 x 1.3 x 1.0 cm intradural extramedullary mass at L2. Operative procedure: Laminectomy for resection of L2 intradural extramedullary lesion.
