Case 6 History ---- The patient is a 51 year old man with a leg mass. Operative procedure: Excision of leg “lipoma”. ---- 6A1,2 The tumor is well encapsulated and composed of moderately cellular tissue. The tumor cells have elongated and hyperchromatic nuclei and indistinct nucleoli. Some tumor cells with pleomorphic nuclei are also present as are rare mitoses. A small fragment of peripheral nerve is located adjacent to the tumor.
