Case 2 History ---- The patient is a 51 year old man who presented with progressive cervical myelopathy. Workup revealed bilateral C3-4, C5-6, and C6-7 intradural extramedullary lesions. Operative procedure: Spinal fusion of the posterior lumbar/thoracic spine with instrumentation; cervical and thoracic fusion/instrumentation. ---- 2A1-5 Histologic evaluation of lesions taken from bilateral C4, C6, and C7 nerve roots shows nodular intrafascicular spindle cell proliferation.
