1B1-3 H&E stained sections show abundant histiocytes with elongated to spindled nuclei, admixed with numerous eosinophils, as well as scattered lymphoplasmacytic cells. Nuclear grooves in the histocytes are not apparent. There is a single atypical mitosis noted. (H&E)
