Case 10 History ---- The patient was a 21-year-old woman who developed hypothyroidism and diabetes insipidus. ---- 10A1-3 MRI examination showed a T1 isointense, T2 hyperintense, heterogeneously enhancing 2.2 cm lobular mass in the suprasellar region. The radiographic differential diagnosis was broad and included neoplastic and inflammatory conditions. Operative procedure: Endoscopic transsphenoidal approach for suprasellar lesion.
