25E1 Compare this image to the other elements in the same tissue focus shown in images #25C1 and #25D1 which is stained in this image for the LCH specific immune reactive CD1a cells. Although very specific for LCH, CD1a can stain some T lymphoblastic leukemias/lymphomas and occasional pituitary cells. Perhaps even more specific is langerin. (CD1a IHC)
