Case 4 History ---- The patient was a 27 year old man who presented with right sided posterior neck and scalp pain that radiated into the right arm. He had a history of a fall four months prior with neck pain which had resolved. ---- 4A Cervical spine MRI showed a pathological fracture of the C1 vertebrae associated with an ill-defined peripheral enhancing mass involving the bone and surrounding soft tissue. Operative procedure: Cervical posterior fusion and biopsy.
