4B2,3 The lesions consisted of epithelioid Langerhans histiocytes with pale eosinophilic cytoplasm containing slightly elongated, irregular nuclei with linear grooves admixed with a dense mixed inflammatory cell infiltrate including eosinophils, mature appearing lymphocytes, plasma cells, macrophages and neutrophils.
