Case 5 History ---- The patient was a 10-year-old boy who presented with history of persistent neck soreness and difficulty with range of neck motion. ---- 5A1,2 MRI studies demonstrated a lytic lesion in the C2 vertebra and a soft tissue component. Operative procedure: Transoral biopsy of C2 vertebral lytic lesion.
