1B2,3 Higher magnification of the leptomeningeal vasculature shows intraluminal collections of malignant discohesive cells. These cells have large, occasionally grooved or multilobed nuclei, and numerous mitotic figures which are completely confined to the lumina of the parenchymal and leptomeningeal vasculature. (H&E)
