4E4,5 Higher magnification images of the dorsal columns stained for myelin (LFB-PAS, 4E4) and axons (Bielschowsky, 4E5). The gracile portion shows a different pattern than the adjacent cuneate which may reflect the severity or summation of more caudal spinal segments.
