First Diagnosis (2014) ---- The patient was a 78 year old woman who presented with multiple ischemic strokes and progressive cognitive decline. Past medical history is significant for dyslipidemia and atrial fibrillation during recent hospitalization. There is no prior history of malignancy. Operative procedure: Left craniotomy for open biopsy. ---- 1A1-3 MRI Exams: 1A1 This FLAIR image shows a hyperintense area in the right and, to a lesser extent, left occipital lobe.
