Second Diagnosis (2019) ---- Following her first biopsy the patient was treated with a R-CEOP chemotherapy regimen (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone). Five years later the same patient, now 84-years-old, presented with a new two week history of worsening memory and, considering her history, MRI examination was performed, demonstrating a new brain mass with enhancement of the corpus callosum and periventricular white matter at the posterior lateral ventricle horns. Operative procedure: Stereotactic brain biopsy. ---- 2A1-5 MRI Examination: 2A1 MRI 4 years later continues to show FLAIR hyperintensity, particularly in the occipital periventricular region.
