The tumor is a diffuse, large B-cell lymphoma (CD20 IHC) The lymphoma cells are negative for CD10 and only focally positive for Bcl-6 (5-10%). MUM-1 is positive in about 30% of the malignant cells. Overall this is consistent with a non-germinal center type B-cell lymphoma
