1I1-3 Large collections of lymphoma cells are also noted in the region of the dentate nucleus (arrowhead, 1I1). Similar to the cerebral cortex, foci of ischemic change are evident in the cerebellar cortex (arrow, 1I1) which are better seen at higher magnification in 1I2,3. The Purkinje cell layer shows focal drop-out and replacement by Bergmann gliosis (1I3). (H&E)
