Case 12 History ---- The patient is a 37-year-old man with a history of HIV and neurosyphilis complicated by right panuveitis and blindness, who presented in September 2019 after a new-onset seizure at work. Brain MRI showed two rim-enhancing lesions in the right parietal lobe and right anterior temporal lobe, measuring 2.0 cm and 1.0 cm in greatest dimension, respectively. Operative procedure: Stealth guided brain biopsy. ---- 12A1-4 MRI studies:12A1,2 These T1-weighted images without (12A1) and with contrast (12A2) show hyperintense enhancement of a discrete mass.
