13A1,2 At autopsy the brain consisted of symmetrical cerebral hemispheres and there was no evidence of leptomeningeal infiltration by lymphoma. Coronal sections demonstrate a 7 x 5 x 5 cm well demarcated tumor mass in the right frontal lobe with a hyperemic rim and surrounding edema. The mass is located in the deep white matter and focally extends into the cortical grey matter.
