Case 14 History ---- The patient was a 67 year old man with a history of orthotopic liver transplant in June of 2013 who was immunosuppressed and presented with fever, neck pain, headaches, nausea, and vomiting. ---- 14A1,2 Brain MRI performed in 1/2004 showed multiple post-contrast enhancing lesions along the lateral ventricles, corpus callosum, and cerebellum. Operative procedure: Stereotactic brain biopsy.
