3A1 Lymphoma, primary, AIDS, multiple (Case 3) 6
3A1-4 Serial coronal sections showed multiple white masses with a "fish flesh" appearance which were present in both lateral ventricles and focally invaded the body of the corpus callosum. Other lesions included a 0.3 cm mass at the grey-white junction in the right parietal lobe, and lesions in the left insular cortex, right frontal cortex, right insular cortex, a necrotic lesion on the medial aspect of the left frontal lobe as well and a hemorrhagic lesion on the inferior surface of the left frontal lobe. A white mass is present in the superior cerebellar folia and right middle cerebellar peduncle.
