The lymphoma infiltrate is characterized by a proliferation of discohesive appearing round cells with a rim of eosinophilic cytoplasm, and multiple nuclei with prominent nucleoli. (H&E) ---- Immunoperoxidase stains (not shown) demonstrated strong positivity with the B-cell marker L26. The T-cell marker UCHL-1 stained scattered small mature appearing lymphocytes within the tumor.
