6B1,2 The tumor cells are large, round, and arranged in loose aggregates, predominantly in perivascular pattern surrounded by geographic necrosis with scattered single cell infiltration into the brain parenchyma. They have scant cytoplasm with vesicular nuclei and prominent nucleoli.
