14B1-8 Microscopic examination, however, demonstrated the marked extent of lymphoma involvement of the entire CNS. ---- The cerebral hemispheres were minimally involved compared to the remainder of the CNS. Patches of lymphoma involved mostly white matter in a perivascular and parenchymal fashion. Notice the mitotic activity (arrowhead).
