Higher magnification of image #14C3 (CD20 IHC) ---- Other immunohistochemistry (not shown): Scattered subpopulations of CD3 reactive T lymphocytes are also noted. The tumor cells are negative for BCL-2 but immunoreactive for BCL6 and focally for MUM1. ISH for EBER is negative. The tumor cells are negative for CD10. These cells are consistent with postgerminal center lymphocytes.
