Case 16 History ---- The patient is a 51 year old man with decline in functional status, left sided numbness, and impaired ambulation. MRI of the brain shows multiple intra-axial lesions. Radiologic diagnosis: Favor lymphoma, multifocal glioblastoma and metastasis less likely. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for open right brain biopsy. ---- 16A1,2 Lesions are found in the right thalamus and extending into the right basal ganglia, right midbrain (16A1 FLAIR), and right pons.
