Case 17 History ---- The patient is a 59-year-old man with no significant past medical history who presents with three weeks of increasing emotional lability and confusion. MRI showed homogeneously enhancing bi-parietooccipital lesions and a right frontal lobe enhancing lesion. All are associated with edema. Operative procedure: Stealth-guided brain biopsy. ---- 17A1-4 MRI lesions are presented in FLAIR (17A1), T1-weighted images without (17A2) and with contrast (17A3) as well as with T2-weighted contrast administered lesions. ---- 17A1 There are extensive edematous lesions.
