Case 18 History ---- This is a contrast enhancing left thalamic lesion in a 68 year old woman with new onset of choreiform movements x1 week. Operative procedure: Needle biopsy. ---- 18A A neoplasm with large, pleomorphic cells with prominent nucleoli and increased nuclear:cytoplasmic ratio is angiocentric and arranged in sheets. Both apoptotic debris and mitotic figures are common.
