Case 26 History ---- The patient was a 57 year old woman who presented with a history of headaches, nausea, vomiting, and a probable seizure. MRI of the brain shows a 3.6 x 2.7 x 2.5 cm heterogeneously enhancing mass abutting the right frontal convexity with a large amount of surrounding T2 hyperintensity. Operative procedure: Craniotomy with tumor resection. ---- 26A A T1-weighted contrast administered scan shows a hyperintense mass with surrounding lucency.
