Brain parenchyma diffusely infiltrated by intermediate to large lymphoid cells with a focal angiocentric arrangement. The tumor cells have very scant eosinophilic cytoplasm, round to oval nuclei with clumped chromatin and exhibit moderate pleomorphism. There is necrosis and debris evident. (H&E)
