6A2-4 The right hemisphere in particular shows marked loss of the cortical gray/white junction (arrow). The right basal ganglia show similar expansion and loss of demarcation of grey and white matter. The lymphoma crossed the corpus callosum to involve the left frontal cortex, the left basal ganglia, and left temporal cortex.
