CD 34 illustrates the relationship of tumor to the vasculature and possible disruption (9F4). ---- These histological and immunohistochemical findings are consistent with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, germinal center type, although the numerous cells with CD10 immunoreactivity is not typical. Is it possible that the involvement of the spinal cord is a lesion derived from the bone and thus, the CNS lesion could represent secondary involvement. Nonetheless, there is no evidence for involvement by general systemic lymphoma.
