Individual cells composing the infiltrate are seen at high magnification (H&E) ---- Additional immunohistochemistry (not shown): The large atypical lymphocytes are immunopositive for CD20 (B cell marker). A CD3 (T cell marker) highlights the small mature lymphocytes only. The cytomorphologic features and immunohistochemical profile are those of a malignant lymphoma, large cell, B cell immunophenotype.
