Case 6 History ---- The patient is a 73 year old woman with a history of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, status post chemotherapy in 2009, who presented 4 years later with headache. MRI showed a large enhancing mass with subtle foci of internal necrosis in the splenium of the corpus callosum. Operative procedure: Stealth-guided left parietal stereotactic biopsy. ---- 6A An intraoperative smear shows numerous unusual appearing discohesive tumor cells (H&E).
