9A2-4 The mass was composed of sheets of small- to medium-sized lymphocytes with moderate amounts of cytoplasm and irregular nuclei, resembling small-cleaved cells or centrocytes of the lymphoid follicles. Additionally, there are cells with monocytoid or immunoblast-like cells. Large vesicular nuclei with prominent nucleoli are scattered among other elements, including a significant number of plasma cells.
