1D2-5 The enlarged neoplastic B-cells are highly immunoreactive for CD79a. There is a larger percentage of CD79a immunoreactive cells in a parenchymal distribution tumor cells compared to a more selective perivascular population of CD20 positive cells. (CD79a IHC)
