3B1,2 The tumor cells are strongly immunoreactive for CD20 (L26). Conversely, tumor cells are negative for CD3 (not shown) which highlights small mature T-cells in the background. The morphologic and immunohistochemical features are consistent with the diagnosis of malignant lymphoma, diffuse large B cell phenotype with a diffuse pattern of growth consistent with lymphomatosis cerebri.
