10A Plasma Cell Dyscrasia (Case 10) H&E
Case 10 History ---- The patient was a 49 year old man with a C7 lytic lesion. A bone marrow biopsy showed questionable atypical plasma cells. Operative procedure: C7 vertebral body bone biopsy. ---- 10A Sections of the C7 vertebral body lesion show replacement of the marrow with clusters and sheets of plasma cells including some dysmorphic binucleate cells. The normal hematopoietic elements are not identified.
