In-situ hybridization for lambda light chains demonstrates little ISH reactivity restriction. ---- Comment: The findings are those of a plasma cell neoplasm. We note that ISH studies correlate with the reported findings from serum protein electrophoresis/immunofixation electrophoresis (SPEP/IFE).
