12E1-4 In situ hybridization for kappa and lambda light chains showed kappa restriction (12E1,2) with lambda positivity (12E3,4) in ~20% of cells. These in situ hybridization studies are of acceptable but not optimal quality, and clinical correlation with serologic studies was recommended to verify the light chain restriction.
