2B1,2 H&E demonstrates sheets of plasma cells with scattered binucleate forms. The tumor cells have eosinophilic cytoplasm with occasional peri-nuclear hofs and eccentric nuclei with a “clock face” chromatin feature often containing micro-nucleoli.
