Case 3 History ---- The patient was a 57-year-old man with a cervical tumor. The patient presented with upper back, neck, and shoulder pain radiating down both of his arms to his elbow. A thoracic spine MRI showed a left epidural tumor extending from C6 to T2 destroying the left T1 transverse process and pedicle and extending into the C7 to T1 and T1 to T2 neural foramen. Operative procedure: Laminectomy for tumor resection. ---- 3A This sagittal MRI shows tumor hyperintensity in this T1-weighted contrast enhanced scan.
