4B1-3 This is a high-grade neoplasm. The tumor cells have hyperchromatic nuclei, one to multiple prominent nucleoli, moderate amounts of eosinophilic cytoplasm and are arranged in sheets. There are frequent mitotic figures and karyorrhectic debris. (H&E)
