CD3 highlights scattered T cells. (CD3 IHC) ---- Not shown: Tumor cells are not immunoreactive for CK7, CK 20, PSA, S100, HMB-45, Melan-A, synaptophysin, chromogranin, TTF-1, and ALK-1. CD20 and CD79a highlight scattered B cells. ISH for EBER is negative. ---- These findings are consistent with a plasma cell neoplasm, lambda light chain type.
