Case 1 History ---- The patient was a 34 year old man with two intraventricular masses, involving the fourth ventricle and right temporal horn. Stains for micro-organisms were negative. 1A1 Sections revealed a vaguely nodular process involving the base of the choroid plexus. (H&E)
