4A2-5 The mass is composed predominantly of a mixed inflammatory infiltrate consisting of a mixture of lymphocytes, plasma cells, and large foamy histiocytes. Scattered neutrophils and eosinophils are also seen focally. Microscopic foci of necrosis are evident.
