Case 6 History ---- The patient was a 14 year-old boy, with no significant past medical history, who presented with chief complaints of headache and emesis. MRI examination demonstrated a 2.5 X 3.5 cm right cerebellar lesion. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for posterior fossa mass resection. ---- 6A1-3 MRI studies demonstrated high FLAIR signal (6A1).
