6B5-9 The neurosurgical specimen shows a histiocytic lesion composed of sheets of large pale cells with vacuolated, eosinophilic cytoplasm accompanied by scattered lymphocytes and plasma cells. Focal, well-preserved emperipoletic lymphocytes within the cytoplasm of histiocytes are numerous. (H&E)
