9B1-4 The dura was involved by a dense cellular infiltrate. The latter consisted of mixed cell types, including lymphocytes, plasma cells, and large pale histiocytic cells. In some areas, lymphocytes and plasma cells appeared within the cytoplasm of larger histiocytic cells, consistent with emperipolesis.
