10C1 Meningioma, anaplastic (Case 10) EMA 2
10C1,2 Immunohistochemical staining for EMA (10C1) and progesterone receptor (PR, 10C2), EMA shows diffuse membranous staining with patchy to loss of staining in the anaplastic regions. The tumor cells stain heterogeneously and minimally for progesterone receptor and are completely negative for cytokeratin 5/6.
