MIB-1 (Ki-67), was performed and showed numerous immunoreactive cells (6.8%). ---- Ancillary data (not shown): Immunohistochemical staining for EMA and PR shows patchy positivity within the tumor. Based on histomorphological features and immunostaining profile this neoplasm is most consistent with a residual anaplastic meningioma, WHO grade III, however, the mitotic activity was not as high as the previous resection.
